Trademark Notice
SDefender is a product of SDefender LTD. This notice explains how we reference third-party product names, brands and logos on this website — in particular on our Interoperability page — and sets out our good-faith trademark policy.
1. Ownership of third-party marks
All third-party company names, product names, brand names, trademarks, service marks and logos referenced or displayed on this website are the property of their respective owners. They are used here purely for identification and descriptive purposes. SDefender LTD and SDefender claim no ownership of, and no rights in, any third-party mark.
2. Nominative (referential) use only
Where we name or display a third-party product or its logo, we do so nominatively — solely to identify the specific product with which SDefender’s software interoperates, or can be made to interoperate. This referential use is intended to fall within nominative fair use and comparable principles under applicable trademark law. We use no more of any mark than is reasonably necessary to identify the product, and we do not alter marks in a way that would mislead as to their source.
3. No affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship or partnership
The presence of a third-party name or logo does not indicate, and must not be read to imply, any affiliation with, sponsorship by, endorsement by, certification by, approval by, or partnership with the relevant trademark owner. Unless a specific partnership or certification is expressly stated in a signed agreement, none exists. SDefender is an independent product and is not affiliated with any of the third-party vendors named on this site.
4. No obligations or warranties from third parties
Listing or displaying a third-party product creates no obligation, commitment, warranty, support undertaking or liability on the part of that third party toward SDefender LTD, SDefender, or any customer or user. Any relationship you have with a third-party vendor is governed solely by your agreement with that vendor.
5. Interoperability and compatibility statements
Statements that SDefender “works with”, “connects to”, “integrates with” or “supports” a given product describe SDefender’s own capabilities, which are frequently built on open, publicly documented standards (for example syslog, CEF, LEEF, REST APIs and webhooks). Such statements are provided in good faith and for general information; they are not a guarantee that a particular integration exists, is certified, or will function in a given environment. Some integrations may require configuration or additional development, which we may undertake by separate agreement. Product names and lists are illustrative and non-exhaustive.
6. Good-faith use and removal on request
We respect the rights of all trademark owners and use their marks in good faith. If you are, or represent, a trademark owner and you object to — or wish to change the manner of — any reference to your name or logo on this website, please contact us and we will promptly remove or amend the reference. We aim to action such requests without undue delay and do not require legal proceedings to do so.
Trademark inquiries and requests: info@sdefender.com.
7. SDefender’s own marks
“SDefender”, the SDefender logo and related product names are trademarks of SDefender LTD. All rights in them are reserved.
